Why quotas exist

Every AI text generation costs tokens. Every image generation costs more. Storing PDFs costs disk. Without quotas, a few power users can swamp the bill. Neurixco tracks usage per user per month and enforces it against the plan you're on.

The four plans

Free — Notes, Flashcards, Quiz. 5 sources, 100 MB, 50k tokens, 5 images / month.
Student ($9/mo) — adds Mindmap, Slides, Podcast, Synthesis, Tables, Report. 50 sources, 2 GB, 500k tokens, 50 images.
Pro ($19/mo) — adds Infographic, Image, Website, App Builder, SRS, Focus. 200 sources, 10 GB, 2M tokens, 200 images.
Team ($49/mo) — everything, with Public Share Links, unlimited sources, 50 GB, 10M tokens, 1000 images.

How admins monitor cost

Admins see a per-user Usage Dashboard with text tokens, image counts, source counts, and storage for the current month. They can downgrade, suspend, reset, or upgrade users directly.

How it relates to your AI provider bill

Every text generation increments your text_tokens counter. Every image increments image_count. Admins set provider keys and pricing once; the dashboard projects monthly cost.
